Do you wonder what Hatshepsut’s life was like? Hatshepsut was a princess; therefore, her father was the king. Hatshepsut ruled in the 18th dynasty in the years she ruled which were approximately 20 years. Hatshepsut was portrait as a man and also dressed as a man. In this report I will focus on Hatshepsut’s life, the year and dynasty she ruled in, and why she passed as a man?


Have you ever wondered what Hatshepsut’s life was like? She was a princess. It was how she became a pharaoh after her father died. She could be pharaoh and that wasn’t common for women. She was the elder daughter of Thutmose 1. It is important because since she was the first born, it is how she became pharaoh. Before all her half-brothers and sisters. Married half-brother Thutmose 3. Had children who later became pharaohs first female. She was the first female pharaoh it is really amazing. Therefore, Hatshepsut’s life was one with a lot of privileges, because she was a princess.

                                   



Do you know Hatshepsut’s dynasty when she ruled? She was the fifth pharaoh in the 18th dynasty. Ruled for about 20 years. She was pharaoh. Ruled for about 20 years. She was pharaoh of Egypt for 22 years. The New Kingdom. Hatshepsut ruled in the new kingdom with other important pharaohs. In addition, in most of her portraits she was like a man, she did that as a sign of respect. Some pharaohs that she ruled with were really well known. Hatshepsut was pharaoh after Ramses 2 and other great pharaohs. Finally, the dynasty of Hatshepsut’s ruling was the 18th dynasty.
